The Big Air Vapor tower looks great and amazing sound from the speakers. Love the wakeboard racks and the Kenwood stereo and amp. Bimini top is huge and provides tons of shade Chuck is great to work with. Very efficient clean installation. I would definitely use him again.

It was a learning experience for me plus I like to be apart of the modifications to my equipment so I know exactly how it is constructed. This way if something happens in the future I can troubleshoot it or fix it myself. I’m already designing/getting ideas for more modifications for Chuck to do he is very experienced, neat, organized and came prepared. He walked me through the installation and showed me how to use/stow the different aspects of the tower he also suggested some upgrades to help strengthen the setup, so glad we used him.

Very clean looking install. Changed the look of my boat. Walked me through each step of the install. Very fast, only took 3 hours. Measurements were spot on. Allowed my input on where I wanted the bars mounted, height of tower etc.

Being able to understand the extra effort into bolstering the side of fiberglass and building up the backing to support the stress the tower will make on the boat . They explained everything in great detail. I wish every industry had people like Chuck and his assistant that really worked hard for the sale, delivered on time( even arriving early, cleaned up, was thorough throughout the entire process, and very organized. They are worth every penny . I would highly recommend their services to anyone inquiring. The customer assist program is a good idea, you can learn how your equipment is installed so you know what areas to keep a eye on and the mobile installation is a lot easier than making trips back and forth taking your boat and picking it back up. Pretty much everything you need is on the trailer to do installs. Very professional and keeps metal and fiberglass shaving vacuumed up.
Chuck was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things I never thought of. You can tell he truly likes what he does and enjoys seeing the finished product that makes the customer happy. He fielded many phone calls before install answering all my questions on the tower and audio in great detail. One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with any company. First class all the way! The guys were professional, prompt , and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They took the time to explain the process and used some of my existing equipment to save me money. Great experience all the way around. Can’t wait to get a new boat so we can do it all over again !

Chuck was AWESOME!!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and a perfectionist. Super easy to get along with. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him!!!! It was very professional. Chuck took his time to make certain everything was perfect, even though it was a Friday and he had a 6.5 hour drive home. I never felt rushed and he made sure it exceeded my wildest expectations. I would give him a 15 on a 10 point scale!!!!

Tower, speakers, rack and Bimini top totally changed the look of my boat. I was on the fence to upgrade boats, but now I’ll be keeping if for a long time. Service was great. During the original install the “H memeber of the rack appeared to be bent. I didn’t not noticed it but the installer appeared to be dissatisfied with it. After removing the H member it was obvious it was bent. The installer returned a week later and installed a new rack. Installer was ver particular with the installation process. Very satisfied.
